Prerequisites

Hugging Face Team or Enterprise, for organization-level billing. Resource group cost attribution needs Enterprise or above.
Access to create a fine-grained user access token that can read organization billing.

Connect

Create a user access token in Hugging Face

Go to huggingface.co/settings/tokens and create a fine-grained token scoped to your organization. Copy it (it starts with hf_).

Add it to LevelFour

Open Connect Providers, select Hugging Face, and paste the token under User access token and your organization's name under Organization name. Click Add User access token.

Confirming it worked

The connection moves to Connected. Your first data appears within a day.

Rotating or removing access

Create a new access token in Hugging Face, paste it into Connect Providers, then delete the old token from huggingface.co/settings/tokens.

Removing access

Disconnect Hugging Face under Connect Providers, then delete the token from huggingface.co/settings/tokens.

Troubleshooting

Symptom	What to do
The connection fails to read billing	Confirm your organization is on Team or Enterprise, and that the token belongs to a member who can view organization billing
Resource group breakdowns are missing	Resource group cost attribution needs Enterprise or above. On Team, you still get organization-level totals
Compute costs on AWS Marketplace do not match	If your organization pays through AWS Marketplace, Hugging Face compute is billed through AWS instead. Connect AWS to see it
